Since Bieblos ships internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (VAT), and customs fees once the shipment reaches your country.
Customer Responsibility:
All such additional charges for customs clearance are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Bieblos does not cover these costs, nor do we have any control over the amounts charged by local authorities.
Non‑Payment:
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct all related shipping and handling costs from your refund.
Returns:
We want you to love your BIEBLOS purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition.
Important information about return address
Returns must not be sent to the address listed as the sender on our packages.
That address does not belong to our return or warehouse system and does not handle returns.
Packages returned to the wrong address will not be received, registered, or used as a basis for a refund or complaint — even if the customer has a shipping receipt.
We only approve returns sent to the correct return address according to the instructions from our customer service.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow our return terms.
We take no responsibility for returns sent to the wrong location or sent without contacting customer service first.
Returns – 14‑day return policy

Refunds
When we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return requirements, we will refund your payment.
Refunds are issued only if the return was completed according to our instructions.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
